作者介绍:

侍德，男，教授、主任医师，南通大学手外科研究中心顾问、江苏省手外科临床医学中心学术委员会委员，著名骨科专家。1955年毕业于中国医科大学。历任南通大学附属医院（原南通医学院附属医院）骨科主任、研究生导师、创伤研究室主任；中华显微外科学会第一届委员，中华手外科学会第一届委员，中华医学会江苏省分会骨科，显微外科副主任委员、手外科学组主任委员，《中华手外科杂志》、《中华手外科杂志》、《中国上肢外科杂志》副总编辑或顾问、国际脊髓学会和中国脊髓损伤学会副主任委员。从事骨科临床、教学、科研工作30余年，特别在手外科、显微外科方面有很深的造诣，将显微外科、整形外科的技术运用于骨科和手外科方面有独特的经验，居国内领先地位。在上颈椎前路手术、胸腰椎骨折前方固定术以及人工椎体置换术等骨科技术改进方面都有贡献。编著《矫形外科手术进路图解》、《骨科修复重建手术学》，主编《手外科手术学》和《手外科学》，与全国骨科专家合著《矫形外科学》、《现代显微外科学》、《显微外科进展》，《现代骨科手术学》、《实用急诊医学》、《外科解剖学》、《整形外科学》、《交通医学》、《外科学前沿与争论》等20多部专著。发表论文100多篇。获国家级、部级、省级科技奖共10多项。1981年被评为江苏省劳动模范，1983年被评为“全国卫生系统先进工作者”，1986年被评为“全国卫生文明先进工作者”，1991年被评为”江苏省高等学校优秀共产党员”，1992年被评为“全国劳动模范”并获“五一”劳动奖章，1993年获江苏省教委和江苏省学位委员会”优秀研究生教师”称号。　　刘璠，男，教授、主任医师，博士生导师。1957年5月生，江苏省南通市人。现任南通大学医学院副院长，南通大学附属医院大外科副主任，骨科主任。江苏省手外科临床医学中心副主任，享受国务院特殊津贴。中华医学会骨科学会委员、美国手外科学会国际委员、中国骨科医师协会常委、AO中国讲师团成员、亚太人工关节学会中国分会理事、世界华裔骨科学会理事及关节外科分会副主任委员、中华医学会江苏骨科分会副主任委员、中华医学会南通市骨科分会主任委员等。《中华外科杂志》特约编审、《中国上肢外科杂志》副总编辑、《骨科医学杂志》（中英文、SCI期刊）、《中华创伤骨科杂志》、《中华手外科杂志》、《中华关节外科杂志》、《临床骨科杂志》等编委。　　1982-1984年在南通大学医学院师从侍德教授并获得硕士学位。1994-1996年在复旦大学医学院师从中国工程院院士顾玉东教授获得医学博士学位。曾先后赴日本、美国做访问学者及高级访问学者，江苏省临床重点专科学科带头人。擅长人工关节外科、骨与关节功能重建外科及微创技术在创伤骨科的应用，在人工髋、膝、肩、肘、腕关节置换术及表面置换术方面积累了丰富的经验，在微创技术治疗骨折方面率先开展了多项新技术，在腕关节不稳定的诊治方面填补了国内空白。承担主持国家、省部级科研课题10余项，获国家专利2项，获部级、省级、市级科技进步奖数项。发表论文60余篇，SCI收录数篇。多次应邀在国际学术大会上作专题演讲。参编专著有《手外科手术学》、《手外科学》、《股骨头缺血性坏死诊疗学》、《周围神经损伤基础与临床》、《骨科临床诊治失误的处理与预防》等8部。
