本书以汉语为母语的双语者为研究对象,主要采用句法启动的实验方法,对中国英语和德语学习者的双语句法表征和处理进行研究。本书第一章为绪论,介绍双语句法表征和处理。第二章为文献综述,回顾双语句法表征和处理的相关文献。第三至六章,作者进行了四个心理语言学行为实验,分别从四个角度对以汉语为母语的双语者的双语句法表征和处理进行研究;实验均采用句法启动实验范式。第七章为综合讨论,针对前面四章的实验结果,结合相关理论进行讨论。第八章为结语,讨论了本研究的理论意义和教学价值。另外,书的开篇有作者的博士导师撰写的序和作者的前言致谢。书末附有参考文献、实验材料附录和致谢。
