内容摘要:

In the past three decades, the world has been experiencing significant changes in terms of economical structure and environmental affects to the earth. From the 1980's with rapid development of Japanese economy, large amount of household electronics and appliances are produced and widely exported to the world. While we enjoy the benefits from the electronic products, we gradually started to face the challenge of dealing with the end-of-life electronic products. In the 1990's, economy of U.S. surpassed Japanese and started to lead the world into the Internet era. With the revolutionary development of Internet and Intranet technology, personal computers and IT products dramatically fill in the entire world. At the time, human beings were faced with the challenge of how we can dispose the end-of-life electronics which contain large amount of noble metals and non-degradable toxic materials. The world-wide landfill is diminishing, almost uncountable products are rolling out production lines everyday, nature resources are significantly reducing, and climate changing has stunned us suddenly.
