《古经今悟（英文版）》分上下两个部分。卷上部分是中医卷，作者陈绍华先生通过自身和病魔作斗争的经历和体悟，从现代物理学、西医等角度，对针灸、经络等中医理论作了现代解读，从西学的角度解释了中医疗法能够取得良好效果的原因；卷下部分是佛学卷，陈先生从心理学、脑科学等角度对唯识学的“五位百法”等学说进行了分析，认为唯识学理论与心理学、医学的研究成果颇多暗合之处。作者的这些分析不乏创见，道他人之所未道，为我们指明了一条认识传统文化的新途径，给我们以较大的启示。
