作者介绍:

陆克勤，1941年生人，籍贯天津，早年毕业于河北美院，现为天津民间收藏专业委员会票证协会副会长，天津市津沽扑克收藏家协会艺术研讨部主任，中华灯谜学术委员会委员。 1980年开始平面收藏，现集有票证、彩票、年画、扑克、火花、年历片、烟标等藏品及相关资料。平日注重对各种藏品的研究，曾在《中国收藏》、《收藏》、《收藏界》、《集邮》、《今晚报》、《天津日报》等全国六十多家报刊发表了大量文章。著有《影坛荟萃》(海燕出版社出版)、《中国彩票集藏指南》(知识出版社出版)、《票证收藏与投资》(百花文艺出版社出版)、《年画收藏》(浙江大学出版社出版)等书问世，并在中国大百科全书出版社出版系列藏书《中国收藏年鉴》中任“彩票”分篇丰编。
