This book explores the ways top leaders practice communication at public dialogues. The theoretical foundations are made up of three different yet complementary orientations to language and discourse:Conversation Analysis （CA）, Critical Discourse Analysis （CDA） and Systemic Functional Linguistics （SFL）. For better insights into pub-lic dialogues, a combination method of both qualitative and quantita-tive is adopted for this project.
