《新丝绸之路：重新开始的旅程》以图文并茂的形式，全面、客观地介绍“丝绸之路经济带”战略。它讲述丝路历史，也讲述当今中国与丝路沿线国家在贸易、投资、科技、教育、文化等多领域的多层次合作故事，生动展现了“新丝绸之路”如何将发展的中国与中亚及更为宽广的区域联合起来，走向共同繁荣。

New Silk Road: A Restarted Journey comprehensively and objectively introduces the “Silk Road Economic Belt” strategy with pictures and texts. It narrates the history of the Silk Road and stories of current multi-level cooperation between China and countries along the Silk Road in multiple fields such as trade, investment, science and technology, education and culture, vividly showing how the “New Silk Road” will unite China undergoing development with Central Asia and a vaster region for common prosperity.

2100多年前，一队队驮着中国丝绸与瓷器的驼队穿越大漠，踏出了一条横贯东西、连接欧亚的商贸大道与文化交流之路。2013年，中国国家主席习近平在出访期间发表重要演讲，深刻阐述了建设“丝绸之路经济带”的宏伟构想。《新丝绸之路：重新开始的旅程》结合历史讲述当下，通过真实、生动的故事，诠释了“新丝绸之路”将是一条合作共赢、惠及各方之路。

More than 2,100 years ago, many camel caravans carrying Chinese silk and porcelain crossed deserts, and blazed a road of trade and cultural exchange connecting Europe in the West and Asia in the East. In 2013, President of China Xi Jinping made an important speech during a foreign trip, and elaborated the grand plan to build the “Silk Road Economic Belt” in depth. New Silk Road: A Restarted Journey narrates today’s true and vivid stories in combination with history, interpreting the “New Silk Road” as a road of win-win cooperation beneficial to all sides.
