　　《中国研究生教育质量年度报告（2012）》是首部具有研究性质的年度质量报告，突出“质量”和“年度”主题词，从多视角、多层面研究分析研究生教育质量，力求科学、客观地反映2011年度研究生教育质量。　　本报告综述了2011年度研究生教育质量改革的政策措施，利用统计数据剖析了研究生教育质量的基本状况；梳理了2011年度研究生教育若干质量热点议题，并分析了其存在的问题和原因；为适应研究生教育管理加强省级统筹的新形势，研究提出了省级研究生教育评价指标体系，并对部分指标进行了统计排名；推动研究生积极参与教育质量评价，对全国35个研究生培养单位的8000余名研究生开展了研究生教育满意度问卷调查，问卷结果统计既呈现了教育质量满意度现状，又得出了有益的结论和建议；收集了境外媒体对我国研究生教育改革发展的评论，整理了国外研究生教育发展的新动态。　　本报告统计数据翔实、信息资料丰富，既可作为教育管理部门的决策参考，又能为研究生培养部门的管理者、研究生导师以及在校研究生和报考研究生的考生了解研究生教育质量提供有价值的参考材料，还能为关注、支持和投身研究生教育改革与发展的社会公众、行业企业等搭建有意义的沟通桥梁。　　Abstract　　“Annual Report on China’s Graduate Education Quality2012”initiates the annual research report for graduate educationquality, highlights the keywords of“quality” and “annual”，and looksinto the graduate education quality from different levels andperspectives with the aim to provide a scientific and objectiveoverview of graduate education quality in 2011.The report attempts to fulfill a set of tasks. First, the policiesfor reform of graduate education quality in 2011 are summarized andthe status quo analyzed based on the statistics. Second, severalhot issues in graduate education quality in 2011 are reexaminedwith the purpose of finding the problems and causes. Third, toadapt to the improving administration of provincial graduateeducation, this report proposes a system of provincial graduateeducation evaluation indexes, and makes a ranking according to someof the indexes. Fourth, graduates’ evaluation is included in thegeneral evaluation system. This report launches a questionnaire onthe degree of satisfaction among 8000 graduates in 35institutions,Some valuable conclusions and suggestions can be drawnfrom the result which shows the situation of graduates’ degree ofsatisfaction with the quality of graduate education. Lastly, theauthors collect comments on China’s graduate education reform fromforeign media and introduce the up-to-date developments in graduateeducation abroad. 　　With a sound statistics and abundant information, the report isnot only the reference for the governmental departments andeducational administrators who are in charge of graduate education,but also providing valuable information for the supervisors,graduate students and prospective graduates. Besides, this reportbuilds up a meaningful bridge for the public, industries andcompanies which are interested in and intend to devote their effortin reform graduate education.
