My lifestyle
I’m Mr Shen. I like to play badminton and I spend five minutes driving to work every day. For breakfast, I usually eat some pieces of bread and an egg, and I drink a glass of milk. This gives me enough energy to start the day. Sometimes I don’t have breakfast. I often have a bowl of rice, some fish, pork, beef and an apple for lunch. After lunch, I usually have a short rest. For dinner, I always have porridge and some vegetables. Then I sit in the sofa and watch TV for one or two hours. Then I begin to surf the Internet. I often eat hamburgers. I eat chocolate every day. I know eating too much chocolate is bad for my teeth. But I can’t stop. I like drinking cold cola. It’s really cool. It is important for me to keep fit. I plan to exercise every day. I know I need to do something to change my lifestyle. Can you give more advice?
