(一)复习导入Warm-up and lead in( 4 分钟)

1、Greetings

(The teacher say hello to boys and girls.)

2、Say a chant of M1U2 (show PPT)

3、Free talk

(1) T: Where did you go last Sunday? Is there/Are there...?What is in the......?

(2) T: Daming and Simon are talking about a place in New York. What place are they talking about? Let's watch the CD-ROM of Part One and learn the new word "Chinatown". (show PPT)

【设计意图】师生共同说唱上一模块学习过的韵律诗,让学生动起来,活跃课堂气氛,激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,调动了学生的参与性。通过简单的复习和出示图片引出本单元的新话题,能吸引学生的注意力。

(二)任务呈现Task presentation( 2分钟)

Today we will learn more information about Chinatown with Daming and Simon. After this lesson, we will talk about our classroom with "there be" . (show PPT)
