[写作技法指导]

　　建议信大多要求我们根据所给的材料给出有针对性的解决办法或者提出合理建议。

　　一、基本结构

　　建议信一般采取"三段式结构"。

　　首段：表明写作意图，陈述事由，简单介绍自己的观点，注意语气。

　　主体段落：根据具体情况提出有针对性的建议或忠告。

　　结尾段：对提出的建议进行总结，要注意表达方式，使对方容易接受。

　　二、注意事项

　　1．注意结构。通常以"三段式"结构行文。

　　2．客观地提出建议，针对对方的问题，给出你的观点。

　　3．语言要委婉、精炼，同时要简洁，表达清楚。

　　1．建议信首段常用句式

　　I am writing to express my views about/concerning...

　　You have asked me for my advice on...，and I will try to make some suggestions.

　　It is my pleasure to offer you some advice on...

　　2．建议信中段常用句式

　　I would like to suggest/recommend that...

　　In my opinion，it would be wise to take the following actions.

　　I think it would be more beneficial if you could...

　　As to...I suggest that you should...

　　As far as I am concerned.../In my opinion...

　　For one thing...for another...

To begin with...Besides...Last but not least...
