　　Imagine being born without arms and legs. What would you do?

　　Born in 1982 in Melbourne, Australia, Nick Vujicic came into the world with neither arms nor legs. Throughout his childhood Nick struggled with depression and loneliness as he questioned why he was different from the other kids. He even committed suicide several times.

　　But he got over it with the great love of his parents. He learnt to deal with his disability and started to be able to do more and more things on his own. He found ways to do something that most people could only do by using their limbs(四肢), such as cleaning teeth, brushing hair, typing on a computer, swimming and much more. As time went by, Nick began to adapt to his situation and achieve greater things. In grade seven Nick was elected captain of his school and worked with the student council on various events.

　　After middle school, Nick went to college and got a degree. By the age of 19 Nick started to realize his dream of being able to encourage other people and bring them hope, through telling his story. Nick wholeheartedly believes that our attitude towards difficulties can be the single most effective factor in overcoming them.

　　At 25 years old Nick had his own company. He has traveled around the world, sharing his story with millions of people. He has been interviewed on various TV programs worldwide and has spoken with some famous man. In 2005 Nick was named as the "Young Australian of the Year" , which is a large honor in Australia.
