　　I'm more than pleased to learn that you're coming soon. Here is the advice for you about how to arrange your life in my school.

　　As for accommodation, you can choose to stay in the school dormitory or with a local family so that you can not only learn more about Chinese culture, but get more chances to practice spoken Chinese. When it comes to transportation, we have regular buses, taxis, shared bikes and so on, which makes it convenient to travel around. Finally, what matters most is that you'd better know about our school schedule. We have seven classes every day from Monday to Friday with four in the morning and three in the afternoon. Also, we have wide varieties of after-class activities to join in. I bet that you'll enjoy a happy stay here.

一、书面表达评分原则

　1．本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分；

　2．评分时，先根据话题的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分；

　3．词数少于80和多于120的，从总分中减去2分；

　4．评分时应注意的主要内容为：内容要点、词汇和语法结构应用的准确性、得体性及上下文的逻辑连贯性；

　5．拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面。评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受；

　6．如书写较差以致影响交际，将分数降低一个档次。

为确保评分的公平性，减少误差，特制定以下细则供评卷老师参考：

1）若考生能使用较高级的词汇、短语、句型或应用一些使文章层次分明的词汇，可酌情加1-2分;

2）不拘泥于范文。除提示的内容要点外，学生自己增加的要点，只要理由充分、合乎情理，均应给分。对优秀的作文应给高分（而不是保守分！）,以保证公平性。
