二 形容词和副词的最高级的用法:

1. 表示三者或三者以上比较,可用"Which/Who ... +最高级,...,...or ...?"表示.

2. 最高级+of/among (同类比较) in... (范围比较)

Tom is the tallest of/ among the three boys . Tom runs (the) fastest in our class.

3. 序数词修饰最高级 其结构为"the +序数词(除了first) + 形容词的最高级 +可数名词单数

表示"第几(大，长等)......"。

The Yellow River is the second longest river in China.

4. one of +the +形容词最高级 +名词复数形式, 意为"最...之一"。

Tom is one of the tallest boys in his class.

【注意】①形容词最高级前通常要加定冠词the。但前面若有物主代词，指示代词或名词所有格等修饰时，不能用定冠词the。
