More Australians are overweight or obese than ever before, and the number is steadily increasing. Around 64 percent of men and 47 percent of women are carrying too much body fat. This means that the chance of obesity-related disorders, such as coronary heart disease (冠心病) and diabetes (糖尿病), is also on the rise.
