设计思路:
交际功能是语言的本质功能,任何运用语言的交际活动都是在一定的情境中进行的。本课内容就是围绕买礼物开展的交际活动。教师在上课用chant导入,激起学生学习兴趣。利用情境结合图片等手段创设讲解,操练和运去语言的情境。利用实物进行检查反馈学生的理解和记忆情况。在情境中运用英语提高学生理解和表情达意的正确性、流利性和得体性。

本单元设计的内容是为祝贺朋友的生日而购买礼物的情景。着重训练学生挑选和购买物品的对话。本课学会征求询问意见的表达方式,并通过学习培养学生的语言表达能力和创造能力。
教学过程:
1、Greetings and review
T:Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you.
Ss:Hello,Miss Yu. Nice to see you, too.
Review the words.
T:I bring some presents to you. Show the cards:cap, computer, ball, shirt. What's this?
Ss:It's a cap.(复习其它卡片单词)
设计意图:拉近师生距离,复习旧知更好的引入新课
2、New lesson
1)T:Do you like Robo? I have many Robo Stickers. Do you want to get it? Today,we are going to learn Lesson5 What about a Robot? (Write down the Title on the blackboard. Then read it two times.)
T: Now, open your books turn to page 37 .Listen to the tape carefully, then answer my
questions.
(1): What do they want to buy?
(2): Why didn't they buy it?
2) T: OK. Now, answer my questions. What do they want to buy?
And circle the new words,then study with your classmates.(小组学习新单词,并展示)
