　　1．构成

　　have/has＋been＋动词的现在分词形式。

　　2．用法

　　(1)表示过去某一时刻发生的动作一直持续到现在，并有可能继续持续下去。

　　He has been playing computer games all day.

　　他一天都在玩电脑游戏。

　　I have been working for this company for three years.

　　我在这个公司已工作三年了。

　　(2)表示某一动作从过去开始，一直持续到说话时刚刚结束。
