1. Native English speakers can understand each other even if they don't speak the same kind of English.

以英语作为母语的人，即使他们所讲的语言不尽相同，也可以相互理解。

even if= even though引导让步状语从句，意为"即使；尽管"。

Eg.Even if/ though he suffered from a lot of difficulties, he never gave in. 尽管饱受许多困难之苦，但他从不屈服。

注意：Even if / even though/ though+ 句子

In spite of/ despite/ regardless of + 词组

Eg.In spite of the bad weather, we will go picnic as scheduled.
