教学内容分析：

本课是新标准英语一年级起点第十二册第七模块第一单元。教学内容是单词： spent (spend), video, proud ,excited以及句型Shenzhou V flew into space .He spent about twenty-one hours in space. He made video and now he is very famous.本课文要学习运用过去式来描述过去发生的事情,课文以神州五号和杨利伟的伟大事迹为引子，一方面对学生进行知识的拓宽，另一方面来渗透对过去式的运用并描述过去发生的事。

教学目标：

1.知识目标：

（1）在阅读课文、句型和运用中学习以下词汇： spent (spend), video, proud， excited；

（2）学习Shen zhou V flew into space with Yang Liwei.这类叙述过去事情的语句；

(3) 复习含有made, was, saw的表示过去事情的语句。

2、技能目标：

（1）能听懂课文内容，并能回答与课文相关的问题。

（2）能根据图片或实际情况，运用过去式描述本课杨利伟及神州五号的故事.

3、情感目标：学生初步体验到阅读的快乐，并产生"自主、合作、探究"的精神和乐于竞争，乐于交流,乐于合作的能力。通过对课文的深入阅读，学生的产生爱国主义热情。

2、重点句型：Shenzhou V flew into space . He spent about 21 hours in space.

Step 1: Warm-up and revision

1. Greetings. T: Pleased to meet you.

2. Let's review some verbs and their past tense. (PPT1---动词的过去式)

fly, flew；am , is, was；become ,became；come ,came ; make, made see, saw；spend .spent; can could;

（设计意图：复习学过的几个动词的过去式，为进一步学习扫除障碍，使学生明确本课将要学习的相关语法时态。）

Step 2: Lead in

1. 出示杨利伟图片(PPT2)

Ask： Who is he? What do you know about him? 引导学生做出正确回答，并汇报课前收集的资料。(播放视频)

2. Show the title
