Task 1:

Read the following sentences using the -ing form as subject and object first and try to learn by yourself how to use it and in what context.

1） Reading is an art. 读书是一种艺术。

2） Working in these conditions is not a pleasure but a suffer.

3）They went on walking and never stopped talking.他们继续走，说个不停。
