　(2) Encourage students to talk about their favorite directors and actors and films.

　(3).By talking about the films and film events, students' spoken English can be practised.

Procedures:

Step 1: Lead-in

　1. Are you interested in seeing films?

　2. What is your favorite film? What is it about?

　3. Who is your favorite director? Why?

4. Who is your favorite film star? Can you name one of his or her films? Why do you like him or her?

Step 2: Brainstorming
