I． 教学目标

1. Students will be able to learn about and briefly talk about the six women's life, main deeds and contributions in Warming up.

2. After this period of learning, students willl be able to understand the meaning of the key words & phrases and master their basic usage.

3. Students will be able to know about the unfairness women meet with in society and take a right attitude towards gender difference

4. Guide students to appreciate the heroine's spirit of braving hardships

　　1. Arouse students' motivation be great in the future.

　　2. Develop students' sense of cooperative learning and individual thinking capability.

3. Make the students to have a deeper understanding of what makes a great woman.

4. Encourage students to realize what great women did for otherpeople, and what problems they had to overcome or what they had togive up to achieve their ambition.
