About Job Hunting
The following apperception is the result of my 2-month job hunting experience in Shanghai and presented here for the benefits to those friends who are or will be looking for a job in Shanghai in their next stage in life.
Job market in shanghai was challenging and disappointing to me in the initial few weeks, not because of limited job opportunities but because of relatively high standards, almost every firm want to recruit talents with related experiences(3-5 years experiences are required), that is also why it took me so long to find one.

1) Many opportunities for experienced candidates but not for fresh graduates
2) Seemingly, only sales-related vacancies open to fresh graduates
3) Few graduate programs available and most of them could easily turn me down in the first round
4) Don't have to be negative, if keeping on trying, some opportunities do emerge, especially when employers prefer fresh graduates with overseas experiences, if that's the case, you should try to make the most of it.
5) Never go to Job Exposition, it has been just proved to waste your precious time, totally like supermarkets, remember high-end positions in distinguished companies will never be sold on those supermarkets. If you are looking for a position like a salesman, it sure is the right place you should go to.
6) In e-times, it's necessary for you to register a couple of well-designed resumes dedicated to different kinds of job positions in the 3-4 eminent job hunting webs such as 51job, Chinch, and 1010job. It's more efficient to cut after your knife is sharpened, so it pays to prepare good resumes in webs and you can get it done once and for ever.
7) Higher degree is not as workable as it is in Cancun, but a relatively high degree from a renowned university can still make a difference.
