   The sad love story is familiar to most of us. Master useful words , expressions and sentence patterns such as harvest, starve, trick, gain, gather, award, admire, take place, in memory of, dress up, play a trick on, look forward to, day and night, as though, have fun with and so on.

  

1.Different festivals about a love story and then write a different ending for the story.

2.How to describe a festival using the words and expressions just learnt.

  Step II. Reading and writing

1. Read the passage to get the answers for exercise 1 individually.

2. Discuss the answers and write out them in complete sentences.
