Can Sam play football ?

Teaching goals:  

知识与技能:能听、说、读、写本课时中的四会要求的单词:can、run、fast、jump、high、far、ride并能使学生在真实的情景中正确使用这些单词;能熟练的听说认读下列短语:run fast/jump high/jump far/ride fast;能够熟练应用句型:Can you run fast/ jump far/jump high/ride fast...?Yes, I can. / No, I can't.  

过程与方法:让学生能用can来表示自己;顺利朗读课文对话,培养学生的语音语调,建立语感,挖掘学生运用语言的创造能力。  

情感态度与价值观:注重培养学生间的团结合作精神,鼓励学生大胆创新,敢于开口、积极参与的学习态度,使他们能够得到成功的体验。  

Importance and difficuities:  

1、动词短语的认读和应用:run fast, jump high, jump far, ride fast   

2、I/He/She can jump high/...句型的扩展应用;句型Can you...?的答语。学生容易与前面学习的句型Do you...?的答语区别不开。  

Teaching steps:   

Step1. Greeting

Step2. Warming up: Do and say.

  A、Show the phrases quickly and ask Ss to look and stand to read.

  B、T:Can you ride a bike?

   Ss: Yes , I can,/No, I can't.

  C、Chant.

   Can you swim? Yes , I can .

   Can you skate? Yes , I can.

   Can you sing? No, I can't.

   Can you dance? No, I can't。

Step3.Presentation.

  A、Show the video about the students.

   T: Look .They are my friends and they are our stars. Then teach the new words (star 明星)

  B、Show the each videos and ask.

1、T: Who is he?

Ss: He is ...

T: What does he look like?

    Ss: He's strong.(teach the new words:strong.)

T: Can he play football?

Ss: Yes , he can.

2、T: Who is he?

   Ss: He is ...

    T: What does he look like?

Ss: He's tall.

T: Can he play football?
