教学目标:

Step 1 Pre-listening
Task 1: Retell the story
Ask students to retell the story "Satisfaction Guaranteed"
Task 2: Get the class to talk about the story according to the following questions:
Do you think Claire love Tony?
Does Tony really love Claire?
Would you like to have such a robot at your house?
