1. 知识目标

（1） 熟练掌握词汇：license, safety ,smoke , part-time ,pierced ,earring ,flash .

（2） 能用一下句型进行交际：

　　Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes.

　　Students should not be allowed to smoke.

　　I don't think six-year-old students should not be allowed to drive.

　　Yes, I agree. /No, I don't agree.

　　Do you think teenagers should ...? Yes, I .../No, I ...

2. 技能目标

（1）通过学习训练，是学生能过谈论允许和不允许做的事情以及应该被允许和不被允许做的事情。

（2）能过针对允许和不允许做的事情发表自己的观点（同意或者不同意），并能表达同意或者不同意的理由。
