1. Analyze the function of present perfect progressive form in each sentence.（句子分析）

Liu Fang has been playing the pipa for the last three hours.

She's been performing concerts every day since last month.

We have been waiting for you for half an hour.

They have been building a bridge.

（一）现在完成进行时的构成

现在完成进行时由"have/has been + 动词的现在分词"构成，第三人称单数用has，其他人称用have。

（二） 现在完成进行时的用法

1．表示的动作是发生在过去一直持续到现在的动作。这个动作可能刚停止，可能仍继续进行下去，常与延续动词连用。并常接带有表示动作起迄时间的状语，如since last week, since 1997等或由since引导的时间状语从句，也可以带有表示时间长短的状语，如for an hour, for a few days, these days等。

He has been living there since 1970.

他从1970年以来就住在这里。

I have been writing letters.

我一直在写信。

Where have you been? We have been looking for you everywhere.

I have just been watching TV.

我一直在看电视。

2．现在完成进行时的动词表示一直到说话为止的一段时间内一再重复的动作。

They have been telephoning you several times in two days.

两天内他们给你打过几次电话。

The couple have been drinking red tea all the afternoon.

这对夫妻一下午都在喝红茶。

3. 现在完成进行时的动词表示一直到说话时为止的一段时间内，大部分时间都在持续进行的动作（不一定延续到说话的时候），往往暗示这个动作对现状的影响。

What have you been doing this morning? (You look tired.)

你今天早晨干什么了？

You have been reading newspapers. (Newspapers are lying about in your room.)

你一直在读报吧。

（你的房间里到处摊着报纸。）

You have been teaching. (Your pocket is covered with chalk dust.)
