课堂设计指导思想:
Task是两课时完成的,由于课时特点,在第一课时通常是输入部分--听读来获取信息,第二课时常以输出为主-说写来完成任务。在这个课时中让学生在知道怎么获取相关信息的基础上来就某件事情进行口头和书面的建议。
Teaching aims:
具体陈述本课时要做的事及其目的,要从学生学习的角度陈述,如:
1. Get to know different ways of giving suggestions.
2. Help students complete the task-give suggestions by using the information they've got and the ways of giving advice.
Teaching procedures:
Step 2:designing a new daily routine
Ask students to read the two leaflets introducing food and training for athletes, and then compare with the daily routine to make some improvements.
【设计说明】有了前面skills building 2的铺垫,让学生讨论中获取相关的信息。
Step 2 Skills building 3 identifying/selecting relevant information
Ask students to think of more ways to give suggestions they've learned.
【设计说明】通过提问引导帮助学生会议学过的表示建议的一些表达。
Step 3 Writing a report about the history of sport
Ask students to practice with the structures shown on the screen. Complete the exercise in the book.
【设计说明】通过文章中找到表达建议的结构及中英文翻译让学生进一步熟悉运用表达建议的句型结构。
Step 5 Homework
Ask pairs to present what they've worked out about the task.
【设计说明】通过两节课的操练,让学生展现他们获取相关信息之后用所学的表达完成建议的任务,提醒学生用多种表达结构,不拘泥一种表达形式。
