T: OK, boys and girls, just now we knew the panda on the TV can't speak English. Can Darning speak English? Can Laura speak English? Can Laura write in Chinese? Can Darning write in English? Please watch the video and then answer those questions. After watching, check the answers with the whole class.

设计思路：本环节的设计做到了词不离句，句不离篇。通过各种各样的操练形式来操练单词，重点句型和对话，让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中习得新知。

1. 活动一 ：

现在很多学生都在业余时间学习各种技能，因而可以让他们说说他们自己会做些什么。另外，还可以让同学们说说自己的父母，老师做些什么。
