交通事故与道路安全

　　在过去的一年里，道路交通事故及由此造成的死亡人数均有所增长。此通告旨在提高人们对这一问题的认识。

　　·Drivers not paying attention - This is the most common cause of accidents. When drivers do not pay attention to surrounding traffic, they are not ready when another driver does something wrong⑭， like turning without signalling or giving wrong signals⑮.

　　·Drivers getting annoyed⑯ in a traffic jam - Many drivers are aggressive⑰ and push into⑱ other lanes⑲ of traffic or pass other cars. These are both very dangerous because they can result in crashes⑳.
