教学过程 Step1:Greeting

Look at the calendar,answer the question:1.what day is it today?

2.What's the date today?

【常用的询问星期和日期,直接可以导入今天的课程】

Step2:lead in:

What day was it yesterday? What was the date yesterday?

How about tomorrow?

Finish 1a.

【复习询问星期和日期,继续询问昨天,明天的该怎么说,让学生进行动脑思考,如果说再往前前天,或者再往后,后天该怎么说呢?就可以直接进入新单词的学习】

Step3:new words: the day before yesterday ,

the day after tomorrow , weekday, look after

1)Look the flash, and learn the new words,and use the new words to make some sentences.

2)Read the new words loudly.

【新单词的学习是本节课的一个关键,学会前天,后天,以及工作日的说法,有助于进行下一个环节的学习】

Step4:finish 1b.

Write these words below the correct dates on the calendar in 1a.

Today, tomorrow, yesterday,the day before yesterday,the day after tomorrow,weekday,weekend.

【把新学习的单词在日历的正确位置进行填空,一方面在日历上填上这些词语,可以让学生更加直观的了解,同时也是对新单词学习的一种检测;另一方面手写一次单词,有助于他们的单词记忆。】

Step5:Ask an answer with your partner.

1.- What day is it today?

- It's Monday.

2. - What day was it yesterday?

- It was Sunday.

3. - What day is it tomorrow?

- It's Tuesday.

4. - What day is it the day after tomorrow?

- It's Wednesday.

5. - What day is it the day before yesterday?

- It's Saturday.

Ank and answer questions about the date in 1b.

What's the date today?

- It's December the 16th.

【把新单词在日历上填写好后,可以根据这个日历进行询问日期和星期的对话练习,活学活用,同时也可以复习从前学习的内容,在这项练习里,就会让学生体会到,单纯的只问星期和日期,有点麻烦,激发他们学习新内容的兴趣】

Step6:Finish 1c.

Learn the new sentence:what's today?-----it's Monday the 14th.

Use the sentence to talk about date with your partner .

【向学生提问,怎样可以把我们很麻烦的询问星期和日期的两个问题合二为一?引起学生的思考和好奇,展示新句型,让学生进行有目的的学习,并同桌之间进行对话练习。】

Step7:Finish 1d.

Listen. Can Vince play tennis with Andy?Circle Yes or No.

Listen the tape carefully just play it once.

【听录音完成1d选择Yes或者No,这个听力部分做题对于学生来说不难。引出下一个题目,对于活动和时间的配对的填写】

Step8:Finish 1e

Listen again. Match Vince's activities with the days in 1d.

Get to know the meaning of activities,review and learn the phrases.

【再一次听录音,要求学生更加仔细的听懂每个活动对应的时间,而在听录音之前,也就让学生复习了以前学习过的关于活动的短语,同时也让学生学习了今天的新短语look after】

Step9: Finish 1f.

B:When?

A:Today.

B:Sorry, I can't. I ...

Teacher gives more activities and date ,work in pairs to make dialogue.

【这是课堂的最后一个对话环节,通过学习了新的关于日期的表达方法和询问方法,需要把这些所学的内容学以致用,并和之前的提出邀请这一关键性的话题串联起来。所以要求学生通过游戏的方式做对话,这样可以提高他们的课堂参与性。】
