Answers "a" show you are assertive. You are self-confident and try to resolve conflict situations in a sensible and constructive way.
Answers "b" show that you are very assertive but you probably react too aggressively to conflict situations.
Answers "c" show you are not assertive. You perhaps lack self-confidence; look at the "a" answers for some ideas on how to react to conflict situations.
