此句中who's为who has之缩写。have got表示"具有；具备"之意，相当于have。此句字面上的意思是"谁有才华？"

2. Everyone is good at something, but some people are truly talented.

everybody pron. 每人；人人；所有人

不定代词，相当于everyone，作主语时当单数看，谓语动词用单数形式。

3. Talent shows are getting more and more popular.

◆get在此处作系动词，意为"变得"。如：

　We must go now. It's getting late.

◆more and more popular表示"越来越受欢迎"。"more and more + 原级(部分双音节和多音节形容词或副词)"或"比较级(单音节和部分双音节形容词或副词) + and + 比较级(单音节和部分双音节形容词或副词)"结构表示"越来越......"。如：

The story gets more and more exciting.
