Step 1 Warm-up
1. Sing a song"Head shoulders knees and toes "and do the actions.
2. Have a game: Listen and mime (tell the Ss that I'm going to say some words and they have to mime different kinds of aches accordingly.)
T: You are clever. But, do you know another parts of your body?
Get the students to show a picture of a human body and label the following body parts: stomach \ head \ back\ tooth...
Tell the students that these body parts may ach sometimes .e.g.stomach ache \ head ache \ back ache \ tooth ache...
Step 2 Presentation and leading
T: Who can tell me what happen to Daming in last Unit.
Ss: Daming's head was bumped.
T: ok! Writes the word "today" on the blackboard. What happened to Daming, Sam, Amy and Ling ling?
Step 3 Text Teaching
T: Now, this class we are going to learn Module 10 Unit 2 Sam had lots of chocolate .First, listen to the tape and answer to my questions:
What's wrong with Sam, Daming, Amy and Lingling today?
Ss: Today Sam has got a stomachache.
Daming has got a stomachache.
Amy has got a head ache.
Lingling has got a fever.
T: Ok, great! Let's listen again and answer to other questions
What happened to them yesterday? And what's wrong with them today?
Ss: Sam had chocolate yesterday. So, today he has got a stomachache.
