Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the summer camp held by your travel agency.

First, the activities were not as many as you'd promised. We were just told some planned activities had been cancelled, including the visit to the local cultural museum. It was really disappointing! Second, we never got any warning notices in advance. As a result, several students were injured during our trip. Third, I only got to know when I was there we had to pay to get into some of the tourist sites ourselves. I thought that was a bit annoying.

For the above reasons, I hope you'll return my money. Thanks for your consideration. I'm looking forward to your early reply.

I'm writing this letter to make a complaint about the summer camp organized by your travel agency.

First of all, for some unknown reason some scheduled activities were cancelled, including the visit to the local cultural museum, which we had longed for very much before setting out. Even worse than that, several students met with accidents and got injured owing to a lack of necessary warning notices. Much to our annoyance, only when we were there did we find out admission to some of the tourist sites was not included in the price of the camp.

For the above reasons, I'd like to demand a refund. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter. I'd appreciate it if you could give me an early reply.
