Sharks

Sharks are fish that have been around long before the dinosaurs(恐龙) existed. They live in waters all over the world, in every ocean, and even in some rivers and lakes. Unlike bony fish, sharks have no bones, and this makes it possible for dolphins to attack them. Dolphins, on the other hand, have strong bones and they can attack sharks by jumping up and strike the sharks' body. Therefore, with many dolphins attacking from all the sides the shark will die soon. Sharks may have up to 3,000 teeth at one time. Most sharks do not chew their food, but gulp (大口吞咽) it down whole in large pieces. The teeth are arranged in rows. When one tooth is damaged or lost, it is replaced by another. Most sharks have about 5 rows of teeth at any time.
