Step Ⅴ Speaking--using proper modal verbs in to make dialogues with partners. Try to use as many modal verbs as possible. Exercise 3 on page 13

Now work in pairs. One of you asks a questions, the other answers it. Then swap over. Remember to use modal verbs in your dialogues.

EXAMPLE:

S1: What should you do after school?

S2: I have to go home at once. I need to take the bus and I have a bus card. I ought to do my homework as soon as I get home.

Other possible questions are:
