【点 拨】due to [prep.] because of sth. 表示"由于,因为",与owning to同义。

【拓 展】due [adj.] 表示"预期的;预定的",一般不做定语。

重点句型

as 引导的非限制性定语从句

【原句回放】As you know , if you do the same thing over and over again, you begin to do it automatically. (P18)

【点 拨】as,which引导非限制性定语从句时,都可以在定语从句中做主语或者宾语,代表前面整个句子。但其位置和意义有区别:as 引导非限制性定语从句,可放在主句之前,或者主句之后,甚至可以切割一个主句;which引导的非限制性定语从句只能放在主句之后。

He has been to Paris more than several times, which/as I don't believe.

另外,①as有"正如......,正像......"的意思。

   ②当先行次受such, the same修饰时,常用as。注意:当先行词由the same修饰时,偶尔也用

   that引导定语从句,但是和由as所引导的定语从句意思不同。

她穿着在玛丽婚礼上穿的那条裙子。
