三、教材分析

　　　本节课是外研版小学五年级上册第八模块School中的第一单元的内容.本单元学习怎样描述学校的日常生活和怎样向外国朋友介绍学校的生活。本单元主要用"What time does school start? My school starts at nine o'clock.这类语句 询问和描述学校里所发生的事情。掌握生词：exercise, playground, before, skip, coffee, tea, bell, ring, rang. Important points(教学重点)：Master the new words. Difficult points(教学难点)：The students can use the sentences patterns to ask about school life.

　　教学之前用百度在网上搜索《Module 8 School Unit 1What time does school start?》的相关教学材料，找了很多教案作参考，了解到教学的重点和难点，确定课堂教学形式和方法。然后根据课堂教学需要，搜索教学过程需要的相关信息。利用百度搜索找到视频英文歌How do you go to school?，课堂放给学生听，给学生视觉、听觉上的直观感受。用百度在网上搜索下载一段课文的视频，课堂放给同学们看，给学生视觉上的直观感受。用百度图片网上搜索下载学校图片，做成PPT课件，课堂给同学们演示，给学生视觉上的直观感受。 四、教学方法

　　为了突出教学重点，在教学中我让学生以小组自主、合作、探究学习为主。我在词汇教学中，注重师生、生生之间的对话练习，让学生经历了一个自说、学说、练说的提高过程。我在本课教学中还创设了一定的语言情境，让学生在语境中如何询问他人的学校生活。学生各个都踊跃要参与游戏和回答问题，学习气氛活跃，收到了预期的教学效果。情景教学，使得教学难点迎刃而解。 五、教学过程
