i see trees of green, red roses too
i see them bloom for me and you
and i think to myself what a wonderful world.
i see skies of blue and clouds of white
the bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
and i think to myself what a wonderful world.
the colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
are also on the faces of people going by
i see friends shaking hands saying how do you do
they're really saying i love you.
i hear babies cry, i watch them grow
they'll learn much more than i'll never know
and i think to myself what a wonderful world
yes i think to myself what a wonderful world.
Step 4: pictures show
Beatles, Elvis Presley, Cui Jian
Short information of Cui Jian:
A lot has happened since 1986. His rendition in May of that year of Nothing To My Name at a packed Workers' Stadium concert in Beijing is a moment many of those present will never forget. He was subsequently thrown out of the Beijing Symphony Orchestra, where he had been playing trumpet. His performance for demonstrators in Tiananmen Square in 1989 has long since become the stuff of legend in China and beyond. He's been called the Chinese Rock guru, The Father of Chinese Rock and Roll, even the Chinese Bob Dylan. And all because he picked up a guitar aged 19 and started to make music which, as he terms it, "touched a part of me."
