老师根据chant的内容提问:
1. How do they feel?
2. Are they having lots of fun?
3. Can you say the chant well?
设计思路:通过这三个问题的设置,可以起到承上启下的作用。使第一环节自然渡到第二个环节,第二环节又自然过渡到本节课重点部分,即下面的新授环节。
Step 3 Presentation
1. 新课导入。
After saying the chant, the teacher tells the students: I think you can say the chant well.
Then ask the students individually.
T: Can you say the chant well?
S:Yes, I can.
把话题引导到语言上来。把几个问题写到黑板上,请学生回答:
Can you speak Chinese?
Can you speak English?
Can you write Chinese?
Can you write English?
2. Unit 1 Activity 1 Look. listen and say.
T: Good! I think you can speak English. But can the panda speak English?
Now please listen to the tape of Activity 1 on Page 26,then answer the questions
Let the students look at the book, listen to the tape and find
the answer: No,he can't.
Let the students listen to the tape again and follow the tape.
Then practise in pairs and act out.
