Step 1:
Let students know the aim today-how to use the paper in hand to write a composition.
First of all, students should know the types of letter: Suggestion letter, Invitation letter, Complaint letter and Application letter.
Step 2(Before writing):
Let students read a short message to find useful pats they may use in their composition. Meanwhile, they should also pay attention to the underlined parts. After reading, they should finish the blanks with their group and talk how to use the words and phrases even the sentences structures in the composition,
