1) To grasp the new words:grow up, computer programmer, cook, doctor, engineer, violinist, driver, pilot, pianist, scientist,
2)To learn the following sentence patterns:

─I want to be a computer programmer.
②─How are you going to do that?
─I'm going to study computer science.
3) Ability goals:
To master the strcutrue "be going to+do sth.";
To learn to express the events that will happen in the future 。

To develop the students' interest in English and build up great dream.
二、Teaching important and difficult points
1. Teaching key points:
1) To learn the structure "be going to do sth."。
2) To learn to use the taget language in different situations.
2. Teaching difficult points:
To use the taget language to express what to do in the future.
三、Teaching procedure
Step1.Greeting and warming up.
Step2.Lead-in.
1. To set the scene for the students to lead into the new words about jobs and the phrase "grow up". For example:
T: Look at the screen. Who is he?
Ss: He is Yao Ming.
