In recent years many of my friends have gone to the big cities to seek their fortune. As for me, I wanted to take a chance and set up my own company in my hometown. To be honest, at the first beginning my company got into trouble owing to the fact that I lacked patience as well as experiences of running a company. Later, I spent a large amount of money and time training workers since I believe that bad management often accounts for losing money. So as you can see, where there is a will there is a way and I don't run my company successfully by accident.
