Show and teach the Ss the words: before, playground, exercise.
Listen and repeat. At the same time, teach the new words: join, skipping rope, coffee, tea.

Guess the activities, and complete the sentences: What time do you...? Then answer the questions according to the pictures. Let the Ss read them in pairs.
Show the Ss the old proverb: Early to bed, early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy and wise. Let the Ss know it's important to make a reasonable timetable.

Make a survey in groups. What are your classmates' timetables? Talk about them using the sentence pattern: what time do you get up/...? Finish the table, then give us a report.
