III．教学重难点

1.Enable the students to grasp the usages of such important new words and expressions as struggle, expand, therefore, export, thanks to , rid...of ..., be satisfied with, would rather etc.

2.Enable the students to grasp the usages of some difficult and long sentences include " This special strain of rice makes it possible to produce one-third more of the crop in the same fields." and " using his hybrid, farmers are procuring harvests twice as large as before." etc.
