1、look out：小心、当心 = be careful ....

e.g. Look out! The bus is coming around.

look out for：提防、留心找......，= watch out for ...

e.g. Please look out for snakes while walking through the jungle.

When you are eating fish, look out for bones.

I'm going to the party, too. So look out for me.

look 的其它短语：

3、prefer：更喜欢，常用句式：

1）prefer A to B：喜欢A胜于喜欢B

e.g. I prefer coffee to tea.

She prefers maths to English.

2) prefer doing A to doing B：喜欢做A胜于做B

e.g. Some students prefer doing labor work to reading a book in the room.

I prefer watching TV to playing football on Sundays.

3) prefer to do A rather than do B：与其做B不如做A，宁愿做A不愿做B
