3、教师用学生的钢笔、铅笔、书包等学习文具提问,每回答一次强调一句 "...s are very useful.",待学生理解词义后采用书空、missing letters等形式四会学习单词useful。

4、要求学生用"...s are very useful."句型造句。

5、教师由句子 "I think eyes are very useful, because we use them to see." 引出学习单词see,继而告诉学生The blind can't see.学习单词blind。教师假装盲人,请学生帮助找到自己的东西,强调单词find, help的动作,帮助学生理解,待学生熟悉单词后,帮助学生逐步叙述课文Picture 1的内容:The man is blind, He can't see. This dog helps him.

6、教师指着自己的耳朵,用相同方法学习单词hear,deaf,帮助学生仿照Picture 1逐步叙述Picture 2的内容:This girl is deaf. She can't hear. This dog helps her.

7、学习单词fireman,CAI出示单词firemen, these, people, find, can't,帮助学生连词成句,继而学习Picture 3的内容:These firemen can't find people. These dogs help them.

Step III Practice and Expand:

1、学生看教师口形说句子,再准备几分钟,请几个学生上台来描述几张图片的内容。教师强调句子中三人称单数加s,以及作宾格的人称代词him, her, them。

2、CAI显示几个句子:This man can't see. This dog helps her. 等等,改错,找出句子中错误的单词并改正过来,请学生上台来说。

3、录像,"奥运会中的导盲犬",小结:Dogs can help the blind, the deaf, can save people's lives in the fires, and also they can help the athletes in the olympic games, so dogs are are very useful.将单词Dogs写于Bb,完成课前出示的句型:Dogs are very useful.

4、CAI,出示若干动物与人的照片,帮助学生认读,小结:Animals are our good friends. We love animals.

5、Fun time:找出Braille中的单词。
